Bruschetta cu rosii si masline Kalamata

Bruschetele pot deschide cu succes orice cina speciala, sau pot fi servite simplu, pe post de mic dejun sau gustare oricand in timpul zilei. Pentru doua portii am avut nevoie de: 4 felii de paine (ciabatta sau bagheta sunt ideale, dar in definitiv puteti folosi orice paine doriti), doi catei de usturoi, cateva rosii, o mana de masline Kalamata, cateva frunze de busioc proaspat, sare, piper si doua-trei linguri de ulei de masline. Am prajit feliile de paine pe grill pana cand s-au rumenit si le-am “mangaiat” cu usturoi, cat sa isi ia din minunata sa aroma. Am taiat rosiile cubulete, maslinele in bucatele, le-am potrivit de sare si piper, am adaugat uleiul de masline si busuiocul si le-am lasat la frigider vreme de vreo ora, cat sa se patrunda aromele. Am pus pe fiecare felie de paine cate o portie generoasa din amestecul de rosii si le-am servit la pranz.
