Avocado on toast

In fiecare vara fac cate o obsesie pentru cate o salata sau o combinatie de ingrediente – de obicei chestii simple, care se fac rapid si nu necesita foarte mult planning. Vara trecuta au fost salatele de zucchini in diverse variante: simple, cu sau fara branza si cu dressinguri lejere de lamaie si ulei de masline. Anul acesta is all about avocado. Mai precis, avocado on toast. Because really, cine vrea sa petreaca mai mult de 5 minute in bucatarie pe caldurile astea? Si am eu un feeling ca nici retele kilometrice nu aveti chef sa cititi, asa ca here we go:

– ia o ciabatta, taie-o pe lungime, stropeste-o cu un pic de ulei de masline extravirgin si arunc-o in cuptor la 200 grade Celsius pentru 4 minute (nu, n-am toaster, dar daca tu ai – put it to good use si economisesti astfel vreo 2 minute bune)

– intre timp curata un avocado mic, taie-l in cubulete, toaca un sfert de ceapa esalota, taie marunt vreo cateva rosii cherry si arunca-le pe toate intr-un castron. Condimenteaza cu sare Maldon, piper negru proaspat macinat (I know, am o obsesie cu piperul proaspat macinat), zeama de la un sfert de lamaie si cativa stropi de ulei de masline (extravirgin, of course). Amesteca totul cu o lingura (sau ce iti e la indemana)

– scoate ciabatta din cuptor, top it cu o cantitate generoasa din amestecul de mai sus si here you are! Eu am mai pus si niste chives tocat marunt, ca se plictisea singur prin frigider. Daca n-ai, nu-i un capat de lume. Incearca cu niste busuioc. Sau menta. Sau ce frunze verzi ai la indemana.
