Despre porrige v-am mai povestit mai pe larg anul trecut, cu ocazia retetei de porridge cu rodie si unt de fistic. De aceasta data am folosit tarate de ovaz macinate pe care le-am fiert in apa, cu o lingura de zahar muscovado si a pinch of Maldon. Probabil ultimele smochine din acest an, impreuna cu niste capsuni albe si rosii au stat pe post de garnitura, alaturi de cativa samburi de fistic zdrobiti. Peste toate astea am pus vreo doua lingurite de miere.  Daca eram mai inspirata probabil as fi pus si un praf de scortisoara sau chiar nuscoara. But hey, you know what they say, there’s always place for improvement 🙂

E (aproape) weekend, iar in Londra se anunta 20 de grade Celsius, asa ca n-am sa insist cu reteta si nici cu alte detalii. Daca vreti sa cititi mai pe larg despre porridge, istoria si beneficiile sale precum si cateva idei despre cum va puteti personaliza propriul porridge, va invit sa cititi reteta de porridge cu unt de fistic si rodie.
