I enjoy eating out just as much as I enjoy cooking for others. Dabbous was one of the first #michelinstarred restaurants that I visited last year. I was deeply impressed by Chef Ollie Dabbous’s skills and creativity. This dish was called ‘alliums in a chilled pine broth’ and it is one of my all time favourites.
